Ar hyn o bryd rydym yn derbyn myfyrwyr
Mae gan Gwfen yr Axis Mundi “gynllun pedwar cam” sy’n arwain darpar-fyfyrwyr tuag at ynydu.
CAM 1: Cyswllt Cychwynnol
Ar ôl cysylltu â ni a gohebiaeth e-byst, cewch wahoddiad i gwrdd â ni dros baned. Yn ystod y cyfarfod, rhannwn fanylion am y cwfen, ein disgwyliadau, a’r hyn y gallwch ddisgwyl oddi wrthym ni. Os bydd popeth yn ei le, rydych yn symud i Gam 2 a chewch eich gwahodd i ymuno â’n grŵp astudio. Nid oes fawr o ddisgwyliadau ar y cam hwn - dewch a gweithio.
CAM 2: Y Grŵp Astudio (6+ mis)
Dewch yn aelod o’r grŵp astudio, gan weithio gyda’r cwfen am o leiaf chwe mis. Yn ystod y cyfnod hwn, mae disgwyl arnoch ddod i o leiaf un ddefod y cyhydnos a’r heuldro. Os rydych yn mwynhau’ch amser gyda ni ac mae pawb yn cyd-weld, rydych yn symud i Gam 3 a gallwch ofyn i ymuno â’r Cylch Allanol. Byddwn yn eich atgoffa o hyn yn agosach at yr amser. Os nad ydych am ymuno â’r Cylch Allanol, gallwch barhau i weithio yn y grŵp astudio nes gweddill y flwyddyn.
CAM 3: Ymrwymo i’r Cylch Allanol a Dyletswyddau (6+ mis)
Ar ôl ymuno â’r Cylch Allanol, cewch eich ymrwymo i’r cwfen drwy ein Defod Ymrwymo. Byddwn yn disgwyl i chi:
Cyfrannu yn fwy gweithredol (e.e., dod ag offrymau megis blodau, arwain ar rannau’r CA)
Dechrau ymarfer personol gartref (e.e., dilyn strwythur y grŵp astudio a’r CA)
Mynychu defodau eraill y cyhydnos a’r heuldro, gan gwblhau troell lawn y Rhod
Dysgu a pherfformio defodau i fendithio’r halen a’r dŵr a chastio’r cylch yn null y CA
Datblygu eich defodau eich hunan am fendithio, castio’r cylch, a galw ar y cyfeiriadau
Byddwch yn parhau i weithio gyda ni am chwe mis arall er mwyn i chi gwblhau troell lawn y Rhod. Ar ôl hyn, os oes gennych ddiddordeb o hyd, gallwch ofyn am gael eich ynydu. Byddwn yn eich atgoffa o hyn yn agosach at yr amser. Pan ofynnwch chi, byddwn naill ai yn eich derbyn neu gynnig adborth ar sut i wella cyn i chi allu ofyn eto. Noder nad yw’r weithred o ofyn am ynydu yn ei warantu. Os cewch eich derbyn i gael eich ynydu i mewn i’r cwfen, symudwch i Gam 4.
CAM 4: Ynydu i mewn i’r Cwfen
Ar ôl cwblhau diwrnod a blwyddyn gyda ni, cewch ofyn am gael eich ynydu, naill ai yn syth neu ar ôl i chi weithredu ar unrhyw adborth. Y cam terfynol yw cael eich ynydu yn ffurfiol i mewn i’r cwfen.
Noder: Gall hyd pob cam amrywio yn ôl yr unigolyn ac amgylchiadau pan fynnwn ni.
Rydyn ni’n rhoi croeso i ymholiadau oddi wrth Geiswyr sydd o ddifrif, waeth beth fo eu rhyw, rhywedd, rhywioldeb, hil, gallu corfforol, neu gefndir addysg. Y cyfan ein bod yn gofyn amdano yw bod eich Ceisio yn dod o’ch calon, a’ch bod yn barod i ymrwymo i ddysgu, i fyfyrio, ac i dyfu.
Nid ydyn ni’n ymddiheuro am y ffaith bod angen ymrwymiad mawr er mwyn dysgu gyda ni. Mae safon y gwaith yn uchel, a bydd y broses yn gofyn llawer oddi wrthych chi—fel ei fod yn gofyn llawer oddi wrthyn ni hefyd. Byddwch yn onest gyda’ch hun a gofynnwch y cwestiynau yma i chi’ch hun: “Oes gen i’r amser, lle, ac egni i wneud yr hyfforddiant hwn yn flaenoriaeth yn fy mywyd?” Os mai “nac oes” yw’r ateb, neu hyd yn oed “dim eto,” mae hynny’n iawn. Efallai nid dyma’r amser cywir i chi. Cymerwch yr amser i feddwl ac i baratoi—byddwch chi’n gwybod yn iawn pan fo’n iawn i gymryd y cam cyntaf.
Os rydych chi’n byw yn ardal de-ddwyrain Cymru, neu ar ei phwys, a hoffech ragor o wybodaeth, mae croeso i chi gysylltu â ni drwy’r cyfeiriad e-bost sydd ar gael ar waelod y dudalen hon drwy glicio ar y symbol e-bostio; rydym yn croesawu gohebiaeth yn y Gymraeg. Byddwn ni’n hapus i ateb eich cwestiynau a’ch helpu i benderfynu a yw’r llwybr yma yn un iawn ar eich cyfer.
Os ydych yn ceisio gyda chwfen arall ar hyn o bryd neu'n hyfforddi mewn Cylch Allanol neu gydag ymarfer hudol arall, parhewch i geisio gyda nhw yn lle ceisio gyda ni; dyma gymwynas i'r rhai sy'n eich hyfforddi ar hyn o bryd. Os rydych yn stopio ceisio â nhw, mae croeso i chi gysylltu â ni.

We are currently accepting students
The Coven of the Axis Mundi follows a “four-step programme” to guide prospective members through the journey towards initiation.
STEP 1: Initial Contact
After the first point of contact and e-mail communication, you are invited to an informal coffee meeting. During this discussion, we share the details of the coven, our expectations, and what you can expect from us. If everyone is in alignment, you move to Step 2 and are invited to join the study group. There are minimal expectations at this stage - simply show up and engage.
STEP 2: Study Group Participation (6+ months)
You become a member of the study group, working with the coven for a minimum of six months. During this time, you are expected to attend at least one equinox and one solstice ritual. If you feel fulfilled and the connection is strong, you move to Step 3 and may request to join the Outer Court. This will be communicated to you at around the 6 month mark. If you do not want to join the Outer Court, then you may continue in the study group if you wish until the end of the 12-month programme.
STEP 3: Outer Court Dedication and Responsibilities (6+ months)
Upon joining the Outer Court, you undergo the coven’s Dedication Ritual. At this stage, expectations increase:
Contribute more actively (e.g., bring offerings like flowers, lead parts of the OC circle)
Begin a personal practice at home (e.g., follow the structure of our study group circle)
Attend the other equinox and solstice rituals, completing a full turn of the Wheel
Learn and perform rituals like blessing salt and water and casting the circle in our OC way
Develop your own ritual language for blessings, circle casting, and calling the directions
You will continue working with the coven for an additional six months for a full cycle of the Wheel. After this period, if you are still interested, you may request initiation. This will be communicated to you at this time. At this point, we either accept you for initiation or provide feedback on areas to work on before you can reapply. Note that your request for initiation is not a guarantee of initiation. If you’re accepted for initiation into the coven, you move to Step 4.
STEP 4: Initiation into the Coven
After completing a year and a day of work with the coven, you may request initiation, either immediately or after addressing any feedback given. The final step is formal initiation into the coven.
Note: The length of time in each step can vary, depending on individual circumstances, and the coven may adjust the process as needed.
We are open to serious enquiries from all genuine Seekers, regardless of sex, sexuality, gender identity, race, physical ability, or educational background. All we ask is that your Seeking comes from the heart, and that you are ready to commit to learning, reflection, and growth.
We make no apology for the fact that the process requires a lot of commitment and time. The standard of expectation is high, and the process will ask a lot from you - as it does from us. Ask yourself honestly: "Do I have the time, space, and energy to make this training a priority in my life?" If your answer is "no" or even "not yet", that’s OK. It may simply not be the right moment. Take the time you need to reflect and prepare - you’ll know when you’re ready to take that first step.
